Dec. 2021 The new landscape enhancements were completed. The area is considered common space per the bylaws. Please refrain from placing items on the sod, including but not limited too; solar lighting, edging, fencing border, etc. (2) plants can be placed on the stoop of the entrance by your front door. The Placid Lake Townhome assessments are paid quarterly each year. The community is Gated, Each owner/resident can order a remote by filling out the requested Remote Form. (Listed under Documents on the website) The 2021 Assessments are $485.87.
